You can borrow any number of Muuse reusables for 30 days each. Check your ‘My Activity’ page in your Muuse app to track when you need to return.

You will receive reminders 2 weeks after borrowing and leading up to the 30-day mark.

If unreturned after 30 days, there will be a charge of $10 for each reusable food container and $15 for each reusable cup.

Just like dine-in crockery at eateries, Muuse reusables are professionally cleaned in accordance with food safety regulations and standards. 

Once it’s all fresh & clean, it gets cycled back, ready for the next user to enjoy!

This just acts as a guarantee, just in case reusables are not returned past 30 days. There are no hidden charges, that’s a promise!

Similarly to a public library system, you'll receive reminders before your item is 'overdue'. If you still wish to keep it, you'll be charged accordingly.

The Muuse reusable cups available at participating stores at ION Orchard are made out of 75% recycled food-safe stainless steel. They are double-walled, perfect for hot & cold drinks! 

The Muuse reusable food containers available at ION Orchard are made out of recyclable PP5 plastic. They are dishwasher and microwave safe, so you can enjoy your hot, hearty meal at your convenience!
