Terms & Conditions 1. ION+ Rewards membership card (“The Card”) is a privilege card, and must be presented to update particulars, or to enjoy the offers and benefits entitled under the ION+ Rewards program (“The Programme”). The Card is not transferable and is issued for use solely by the Member only. 2. Minimum spend of $1,000 nett (max. 20 receipts in the past 6 consecutive months*) is required for activation of ION+ Rewards membership card. 3. An administration fee of $5 will be imposed for replacement of cards. 4. Redemption of Complimentary Parking is based on the first 2 hours calculated from the time of entry of each visit with a minimum spend of $100 nett (max. 3 same day receipts*) at ION Orchard only. 5. Shoppers must queue personally and present original receipt(s) for all redemptions. 6. Any offers or benefits conferred by the participating stores under the Programme may be unavailable, suspended or withdrawn by the participating stores at any time for any reason. ION Orchard shall not be liable for any refusal by the participating stores to confer any offers or benefits under this Programme for any reason whatsoever.7. ION Orchard reserves the right to amend or vary the terms and conditions stated herein at any time without notice at its sole discretion |
