  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
  • Ability to converse fluently in English. Other language skills will be a plus factor

  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts



  • To be the service ambassador for the mall, attending to tenants and shoppers' enquiries/feedback and extending support to the customer service department
  • Ensure safety and security of the mall for the shoppers and tenants
  • Responsible for building management functions in support of the operations team
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards, monitoring and checking contractors' works
  • Look out for building defects/safety issues/non-compliance of building regulations/mall house rules
  • Assist in Marcoms events where necessary such as crowd control and escorting of performers


  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
  • Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
  • Are able to converse fluently in English (other language skills will be an advantage)

  • You will play an integral role, as part of the property management team, to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
  • Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintain schedule and monitor term contractors in their routine servicing as well as minor repairs/troubleshooting works
  • Responsible for providing the required M&E supports to the tenants as well as to attend their requests/feedback/complaints on maintenance-related matters
  • Assist in Marcoms events where necessary such as sound system and lightings


  • NTC 2/3 or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and/or implementing improvement works
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work weekends and shifts
  • Excellent team worker
  • Conversant in English


Executive, Service Quality Management


  • Provide administrative support for the customer care function within the Service Quality Management department
  • Handle daily cash counting and report reconciliation for cash/voucher sales at the Concierge counters
  • Handle daily distribution of cash floats and vouchers to counters
  • Liaise with the Concierge team to ensure timely and effective cascading of information and instructions
  • Monthly compilation of roster and shift allowance claims for submission to HR
  • Maintain inventory of customer care collaterals and prepare replenishment as required
  • Assist in updating SOPs and guidelines for the Concierge team
  • Maintain and coordinate IT systems support required at the counter
  • Organize and prepare minutes of meetings with Concierge
  • Organize, manage and process paper and electronic files, outgoing and incoming mails, reports, invoices, purchase orders

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • GCE O level, although a degree in communications or hospitality would be preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Experience in service or hospitality industry is advantageous
  • Good command of English with proficiency in written and verbal communications
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive work attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Temporary Finance Executive (1 June 2018 to 31 January 2019)


  • Full Set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, GIRO collection, financial report)
  • Prepare monthly audit schedules;
  • Process supplier invoices and prepare payment voucher/cheque payment
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing quarterly GST return supporting schedules
  • Assist in checking and mapping of data
  • Perform filing and photocopying tasks Cash count from sale
  • Arrange billing supporting documents to send out to partners
  • Daily cheque deposit
  • Cheque collection between resident office and Managing Agent office
  • Assist in SAP migration
  • Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience in preparing full sets of MCST Accounts
  • Diploma in Accounting;
  • ACCPAC experience required
  • Experience in SAP is preferred
  • Strong Excel knowledge and application
