EXECUTIVE, TENANT MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to tenants’ feedback and address their concerns
  • Handling handover & takeover of tenants
  • Manage rental arrears and oversee litigation matters
  • Ensure tenants’ compliance to building operation guidelines
  • Enhance communication with tenants on all operational matters
  • Foster closer relationship between tenants and the management

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in Estate Management or Building
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Independent, responsible and willing to work beyond office hours
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
  • Analytical, detailed and systematic
  • Proficient with MS Office

 

ION OFFICER – HOUSEKEEPING

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for supervising all housekeeping staff including supervisors
  • Assign housekeeping personnel their duties, and inspects work daily for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
  • Attend to complaints and requests and escalate any priority issues to the Manager/Executive
  • Check on daily deployment & grooming on all housekeeping staff
  • Prepare daily shift reports & conduct monthly audit on all housekeeping staff
  • Check & ensure all safety measures are practiced (such as displaying of wet floor sign, buddy system when using ladder, etc) while cleaners performing cleaning works on site
  • Improve housekeeping system by obtaining feedback from all housekeeping personnel
  • Involve in monthly meeting with service vendors
  • Assist the Manager with On-the-Job-Trainings on grooming and maintaining of service standard for all housekeeping staff
  • Report any defects which require action & ensure the remedial works have been duly carried out
  • Report any repairs and attend to any preventive maintenance work required
  • Monitor cleaning materials and ensure inventories are adequately stocked and properly maintained
  • Monitor & co-ordinate with term-contractors on their regular servicing & works
  • Maintain proper records of all activities/events in the Log Book
  • Attend to emergency / crisis promptly & arrange for the necessary manpower & cleaning tools / equipment deployed on site
  • Perform ad-hoc jobs as & when assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Level
  • Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
  • Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
  • Are able to converse fluently in English (other language skills will be an advantage)
  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts
  • Excellent team worker
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge on Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA) regulations an advantage.

Prior experience in housekeeping preferred.

 

ASSISTANT MANAGER/ EXECUTIVE, TECHNICAL SERVICES

Responsibilities:

  • Provide all aspects of engineering and technical services support for the shopping mall.
  • Involve in special projects and enhancement works in the mall
  • Manage a team of technical staffs to ensure that the mall’s facilities are maintained at the highest standards
  • Ensure compliance and track performance of key vendors and contractors
  • Write technical reports, approval papers, tender specifications and correspondence with tenants, authorities etc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • Min 5 years’ relevant experience preferably in a retail or hotel
  • FSM will be an added advantage
  • Strong technical expertise in terms of equipments and processes required for facilities management
  • Possess strong leadership and able to interact effectively with all levels and good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared objectives for the projects
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Must be able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
  • Willing to work beyond office hours

CONCIERGE

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of lucky draws, partner promotions and reward redemption for ION Orchard's customer loyalty program
  • Attend to shoppers' queries
  • Sale of SISTIC tickets, ION Orchard gift vouchers and other services such as gift wrapping and restaurant reservations
  • Personal shopping services
  • Responsible for general administration duties such as banking in of daily sale collections
  • Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer service
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time


Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
  • Ability to converse fluently in English. Other language skills will be a plus factor
  • Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for service-related work
  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts

 

ION OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • To be the service ambassador for the mall, attending to tenants and shoppers' enquiries/feedback and extending support to the customer service department
  • Ensure safety and security of the mall for tha shoppers and tenants
  • Responsible for building management functions in support of the operations team
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure buildling facilities are maintained at high standards, monitoring and checking contractors' works
  • Look out for building defects/safety issues/non-compliance of building regulations/mall house rules
  • Assist in Marcoms events where necessary such as crowd control and escorting of performers

Requirements:

  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
  • Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
  • Are able to converse fluently in English (other language skills will be an advantage)
  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts
  • Excellent team worker
  • Candidates who possess PLRD Certificate will have an added advantage

 

TECHNICAL CREW

Responsibilities:

  • You will play an integral role, as part of the property management team, to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
  • Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintain schedule and monitor term contractors in their routine servicing as well as minor repairs/trouble-shooting works
  • Responsible for providing the required M&E supports to the tenants as well as to attend their requests/feedback/complaints on maintenance-related matters
  • Assist in Marcoms events where necessary such as sound system and lightings


Requirements:

  • NTC 2/3 or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and/or implementing improvement works
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts
  • Excellent team worker
  • Conversant in English
