  • Provide administrative support to the department including but not limited to tracking and maintaining records, licenses, documentation for tender exercise, term contract management, CAPEX & Opex budget, purchase request, utilities report, etc
  • Monitor and maintain records for technical crew shift roster and leave ensuring timely submission to payroll
  • Timely submission department monthly accrual / invoices and ensure compliance with finance requirements
  • Prepare Income Summary Form for finance billing for Technical Services but not limited to tracking and maintaining records i.e. Utilities, Air Con Extension, Tenant Billing
  • Petty cash tracking and maintaining records and claims made
  • Prepare purchase orders as required
  • Safekeeping, tracking and maintaining records of control tools inventory and assets list
  • Prepare and compile data for reports as required
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time


  • Diploma in Business or other disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of English and competence in Microsoft Office




  • Conduct Tenancy Design Guidelines briefing and generate drawings to Tenants prior to their fitting out works
  • Review Tenants proposal and ensure quality of design and construction meets management's expectation
  • Perform site inspection during Tenants fitting out works to ensure the design is constructed according to approval
  • Provide support and assist on space planning and updating mall drawings
  • Assist in design proposal/presentation for special projects in the mall and follow-up with its processes
  • Communicate with Tenants and Vendors on updating the Mall Directories and Signage.


  • A degree holder in Interior Design/ Architecture preferred, with a basic entry level of Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or NTC III with minimum 2 years experiences working in interior/architecture design environment is required
  • For degree holder, at least 3 years of Industry Experiences practiced in Singapore or Overseas
  • Good computer skills i.e. AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator are required.
  • Creative software i.e. Sketch-up/3D-Max, etc. are preferred.
  • Good numeracy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Words, Excel, Power-point etc.
  • Experiences in architecture and interior works i.e. design principles, construction detailing and material properties
  • A good knowledge of construction methods and projects management
  • The ability to deal with demands of work load requested by respective departments
  • Strong communication skills i.e. Both spoken and written




  • Lead, motivate and supervise the Concierge team to ensure a high and consistent level of customer service
  • Develop and implement customer service initiatives and programs to enhance the service experience for customers
  • Track service performance of the team in executing marketing promotions and redemptions
  • Manpower planning including staff duty roster and staff deployment to support mall operations
  • Assess and evaluate service gaps for the purpose of recommending skills improvement training for the team
  • Handle and provide expeditious response to customer feedback
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures to guide the team on new processes and initiatives
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time


  • General degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ service-related work experience
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with conversational Mandarin capability being an advantage
  • Positive attitude with genuine aptitude for service-related work



  • Administration of lucky draws, partner promotions and reward redemption for ION Orchard's customer loyalty program
  • Attend to shoppers' queries
  • Sale of SISTIC tickets, ION Orchard gift vouchers and other services such as gift wrapping and restaurant reservations

  • Responsible for general administration duties such as banking in of daily sale collections

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
  • Ability to converse fluently in English. Other language skills will be a plus factor
  • Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for service-related work
  • Willing to work on weekends and shifts



  • To be the service ambassador for the mall, attending to tenants and shoppers' enquiries/feedback and extending support to the customer service department
  • Ensure safety and security of the mall for the shoppers and tenants
  • Responsible for building management functions in support of the operations team
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards, monitoring and checking contractors' works
  • Look out for building defects/safety issues/non-compliance of building regulations/mall house rules
  • Assist in Marcoms events where necessary such as crowd control and escorting of performers


  • Min GCE 'O' Level
  • Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
  • Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
  • Are able to converse fluently in English (other language skills will be an advantage)

  • Candidates who possess PLRD Certificate will have an added advantage




  • Responsible for supervising all housekeeping staff including supervisors
  • Assign housekeeping personnel their duties, and inspects work daily for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
  • Attend to complaints and requests and escalate any priority issues to the Manager/Executive
  • Check on daily deployment & grooming on all housekeeping staff
  • Prepare daily shift reports & conduct monthly audit on all housekeeping staff
  • Improve housekeeping system by obtaining feedback from all housekeeping personnel
  • Involve in monthly meeting with service vendors
  • Assist the Manager with On-the-Job-Trainings on grooming and maintaining of service standard for all housekeeping staff
  • Report any defects which require action & ensure the remedial works have been duly carried out
  • Report any repairs and attend to any preventive maintenance work required
  • Monitor cleaning materials and ensure inventories are adequately stocked and properly maintained
  • Monitor & coordinate with term-contractors on their regular servicing & works
  • Maintain proper records of all activities/events in the Log Book
  • Check & ensure all safety measures are practised (such as displaying of wet floor sign, buddy system when using ladder, etc) while cleaners performing cleaning works on site
  • Attend to emergency/crisis promptly & arrange for the necessary manpower & cleaning tools/equipment deployed on site
  • Perform ad-hoc jobs as & when assigned


  • Minimum 'O' Level
  • Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
  • Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
  • Are able to converse fluently in English (other language skills will be an advantage)

  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge on Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA) regulations an advantage
  • Prior experience in housekeeping preferred




  • You will play an integral role, as part of the property management team, to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
  • Carry out maintenance work in accordance to maintain schedule and monitor term contractors in their routine servicing as well as minor repairs/troubleshooting works
  • Responsible for providing the required M&E supports to the tenants as well as to attend their requests/feedback/complaints on maintenance-related matters
  • Assist in Marcoms events where necessary such as sound system and lightings


  • NTC 2/3 or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and/or implementing improvement works
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work weekends and shifts
  • Excellent team worker
  • Conversant in English
