Responsibility

• Responsible for security and safety aspects for all shoppers, tenants, and staff; identify hazards, security threat, crowd control, and fire hazard
• Attend to incidents involving Security and Fire related issues and assist authorities such as SPF and SCDF, whenever required
• Perform traffic management duties at Drop Off Point, carpark entry, and exit; assist motorist to resolve matters and provide onsite assistance during their exit/entry
• Actively seek out opportunities to provide personalized service and moments of delight such as welcoming shoppers, assisting elderly, etc
• Assist shoppers and tenants with directional queries and product knowledge while maintaining service standards
• Manage daily operations at Command Centre including performing pass counter duties, lost & found properties, etc
• Conduct mall wide safety and defect check as well as safety check on renovation units
• Render first aid during emergencies or to unwell shoppers and staff when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with either Security/Safety/Hotel backgrounds preferred
• Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
• Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Candidates who possess PRD Certificate will have an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Monitor, maintain, and optimize core IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, networks (LAN/WAN, VPN), storage systems, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• System Administration: Manage user access, active directories, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration, and software deployments across the organization
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, firewalls, endpoint security. Coordinate and oversee VAPT audits on network, web, and mobile app endpoints, ensuring regular vulnerability patching and strict compliance with data protection regulations
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Oversee routine system backups, verify data integrity, and maintain disaster recovery protocols to minimize business disruption
• Hardware & Vendor Management: Procure, configure, and lifecycle-manage IT assets (servers, routers, switches, laptops). Coordinate with external vendors and ISPs for service agreements and troubleshooting
• Mobile Application & Technical Liaison: Act as the internal technical bridge between business stakeholders and app development vendors. Review technical proposals, API integrations, and app architecture to ensure alignment with cloud infrastructure (Azure). Monitor delivery milestones, validate code quality, enforce security standards, and manage app store deployments
• Web Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee corporate website administration, including domain transfers, DNS record management, and SSL certificates. Perform basic front-end updates, bug fixes, and layout adjustments using core web technologies
• Technical Support Escalation: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex infrastructure and network issues, ensuring rapid resolution
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, asset inventories, project documentation, timelines, meeting minutes, and status reports and IT standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Project Coordination: Support IT initiatives and digital transformation projects.  Lead in user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities including quality checks during mobile app builds and web application releases
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, recommend enhancements to improve user experience/ operational efficiency and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar systems engineering role
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex system errors under pressure
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly
• Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into the existing ecosystem
