1. Membership & Eligibility
1.1 Subject to ION Orchard’s sole and absolute discretion and the terms and conditions herein (“Terms and Conditions”), applicants are eligible to sign up as a member of the ION⁺ Rewards Programme (“Programme”).
1.2 Applicants who are successfully registered as members of the Programme (“Members”) can enjoy exclusive membership privileges at ION Orchard in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, ION⁺ Rewards, The 100 and Tourist membership is lifetime membership. IONPRIVI and IONPRIVIELITE membership is for a period of 1 year, commencing from the first day of the month in which the upgrade takes effect.
2. General
2.1 The Programme is a rewards system with a (virtual membership card (“Card”). Applicants must sign up for and activate the Card on the ION Orchard Mobile Application (“mobile app”), which is currently available on iOS and Android operating systems. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
2.2 Membership of the Programme is subject to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions, as may be amended, revised, varied or supplemented by ION Orchard in its sole discretion from time to time. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions can be found at ION Orchard’s website at www.ionorchard.com and shall prevail over and supersede all previous versions of the Terms and Conditions. By applying for membership of the Programme, the Member is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions herein.
2.3 The Card may only be used at ION Orchard and its retail stores. The Card is not transferable and is issued for the sole use of the Member. The Card shall remain valid until the membership is terminated by ION Orchard or the Member. Misuse of the Card or Programme may result in immediate termination or suspension of membership or withdrawal of privileges under the Programme, including the forfeiture of any accrued privileges or benefits.
2.4 The Card may only be used at ION Orchard and its retail stores. The Card is not transferable and is issued for the sole use of the Member. The Card shall remain valid until the membership is terminated by ION Orchard or the Member. Misuse of the Card or Programme may result in immediate termination or suspension of membership or withdrawal of privileges under the Programme, including the forfeiture of any accrued privileges or benefits.
2.5 To enjoy exclusive membership privileges under the Programme, the Member must present a valid Card on his mobile device. ION Orchard will not be responsible for verifying the identity of the user of the Card and will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft or unauthorised use of the Card.
2.6 Any privileges or benefits conferred by the participating stores under the Programme may be suspended, varied, made unavailable or withdrawn by the participating stores at any time without specifying any reason and without prior notice. ION Orchard shall not be liable for any refusal by the participating stores to confer any offers or benefits under this Programme for any reason whatsoever.
2.7 The Member warrants that his personal particulars registered with ION Orchard are true and correct. The Member must promptly update ION Orchard of any change in his personal particulars (including but not limited to a change in email address and contact numbers) via the mobile app ,by personally presenting a valid Card on his mobile device or by presenting a valid supporting document for unique identifier verification at any ION Orchard Concierge counters (B1 / L1 / L4 of ION Orchard) between 10am and 10pm daily.
2.8 Notwithstanding any of the Terms and Conditions herein, ION Orchard reserves the right to refuse, suspend, amend, modify, withdraw and/or terminate any membership under this Programme, modify the Programme and any of the benefits and privileges in connection with membership of the Programme, and amend, revise, vary or supplement these Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion and without any liability to any party, without prior notice.
2.9 The Member’s continued participation under the Programme and use of the Card after any change to the Programme or the Terms and Conditions herein shall constitute acceptance and affirmative agreement by the Member of the amended or modified Terms and Conditions. ION Orchard shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from amendments or modifications to the Programme or these Terms and Conditions.
2.10 Upon the termination of the membership under this Programme for any reason whatsoever, the Member shall forfeit all rights, benefits and privileges under the Programme, including his ION⁺ Points and Carpark$, without any compensation payable to him and without any liability on the part of ION Orchard. The Member also accepts that ION Orchard shall be fully discharged and released from all its obligations under the Programme.
3. ION⁺ Rewards, IONPRIVI And IONPRIVIELITE Membership
3.1 With effect from 1 July 2023, all existing ION⁺ Rewards Members’ joined membership period will start from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. The membership period will automatically be renewed every 1 July of the year if a Member is not qualified for upgrade to IONPRIVI or IONPRIVIELITE membership.
3.2 The membership period for Members who joined after 1 July 2023 will follow the joined membership date and it will be valid for a period of 12-months. For example, the membership period of a Member who joined on 2 July 2023 will be from 2 July 2023 till 1 July 2024. The membership period will automatically be renewed every 2 July of the year if a Member is not qualified for upgrade to IONPRIVI or IONPRIVIELITE membership.
3.3 ION Orchard may, in its sole and absolute discretion, upgrade a Member to IONPRIVI Membership where such Member has spent a minimum of $25,000 within the 12-months membership period. Only the cumulative spend amount within the membership period will be considered for membership upgrade, renewal or downgrade.
3.4 ION Orchard may, in its sole and absolute discretion, upgrade a Member to IONPRIVIELITE Membership where such Member has spent a minimum of $250,000 within the 12-months membership period. Only the cumulative spend amount within the membership period will be considered for membership renewal or downgrade.
3.5 Any refunds in transactions may result in the downgrade of the membership tier where applicable.
3.6 ION Orchard’s decision on membership upgrade shall be final and conclusive.
4. Tourist Tier
4.1 To enjoy any Tourists’ promotions, shoppers must sign up as a “Tourist” and be at least 18 years of age and a non-Singaporean nationality. It is a complimentary membership and is not eligible for any upgrade of other membership tiers.
4.2 Changing from a Tourist tier to an ION⁺ Rewards membership tier and vice versa is strictly not allowed.
4.3 Tourists may only participate in dedicated tourists’ spend and redeem promotions and privileges, unless otherwise stipulated.
4.4 Other terms and conditions of the ION⁺ Rewards Membership program applies unless otherwise stated.
5. ION+ Points
5.1 Only purchases from participating Easy Earn stores in ION Orchard which arise from the Members’ personal spending after the commencement of their membership Programme (“Qualifying Purchases”) are eligible for submission under the Programme. ION Orchard may require the Member to submit documents for verification purposes, including but not limited to photo IDs, charge cards, and corresponding debit and/or credit card transaction slip(s).
5.2 Receipt(s) before membership joined date will not qualify for the earning of ION⁺ Points.
5.3 Members must follow the steps below to submit their Qualifying Purchases to earn ION⁺ Points at participating Easy Earn stores:
5.3.1 Collect the transaction receipt and launch the ION Orchard mobile app.
5.3.2 Tap on the “scan” (middle) icon of the bottom tab bar of the ION Orchard mobile app.
5.3.3 Tap on the “Earn ION⁺ Points” icon to generate the QR code.
5.3.4 Scan the QR code at the ION⁺ Rewards Terminal installed at participating Easy Earn stores on date of spend.
5.3.5 A beep sound or a visual on the scanning device will display once the QR code has been successfully captured.
5.3.6 Member's mobile device should display a "Success" screen for valid earn transactions.
5.3.7 Member will be notified once the transaction is successful. Member must ensure the push notification settings on both the ION Orchard mobile app and mobile device are turned on.
5.4 The scanning of receipts at all Concierge Counters has been ceased, unless otherwise stipulated for the specific promotions.
5.5 Members can earn ION⁺ Points from participating Easy Earn stores only. The list of participating stores can be found on ION Orchard’s website. Information is accurate at point of publish.
5.6 ION⁺ Points will be awarded with every block of $100 spend. Same-day receipts (i.e. receipts for expenditure incurred on the same day) can be combined to meet the block of $100 spend provided that the receipts are submitted on the same-day.
5.7 Multiple submissions in a single day are allowed, subject to a minimum amount of $20 per receipt. Refer to the table below for illustration on the earning of ION⁺ Points:

5.8 ION⁺ Rewards Members can accumulate a maximum of 2,500 ION⁺ Base Points per membership year. IONPRIVI Members can accumulate a maximum of 5,000 ION⁺ Base Points per membership year. IONPRIVI ELITE Members can accumulate a maximum of 20,000 ION⁺ Base Points per membership year. The 100 Members can accumulate a maximum of 20,000 ION⁺ Base Points per calendar year. Tourists can accumulate a maximum of 20,000 ION⁺ Base Points per membership year.
5.9 The maximum ION⁺ Base Points earned does not include the ION⁺ Campaign Points earned during a spend and redeem campaign. Members may still redeem ION⁺ Points that is earned from a spend and redeem campaign, even when the maximum ION⁺ Base Points has been reached.
5.10 Tourists can earn ION⁺ Campaign Points for tourists’ related promotions only.
5.11 All qualifying receipts must be submitted on the same-day, per the steps in paragraph 4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, only receipt that are submitted on the same-day can be combined to meet each block of $100 spend.
5.12 ION⁺ Points and Carpark$ earned can be redeemed immediately once the ION⁺ Points have been credited to the member’s account.
5.13 The criteria for qualifying purchases and earning of ION⁺ Points shall be determined by ION Orchard at ION Orchard’s sole discretion and may vary between participating stores.
5.14 ION Orchard may cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct the ION⁺ Points that have already be credited into your membership account in ION Orchard’s absolute discretion.
5.15 ION⁺ Points will not be awarded until the submitted receipt(s) are determined to be valid. ION Orchard may reject any receipt as invalid at its sole and absolute discretion, and such determination shall be final and conclusive.
5.16 ION Orchard may cancel, delete and/or otherwise deduct:
a. ION⁺ Points which were awarded for Qualifying Purchases which have been subsequently returned by the Member (resulting in the whole or part of the sale amount refunded or reversed by the participating stores at ION Orchard or at other locations); and
b. ION⁺ Points which have, as determined by ION Orchard in its sole and absolute discretion, been erroneously credited to the Member.
5.17 In the event that any such ION⁺ Points have been redeemed by the Member, ION Orchard reserves the right to recover from the Member any redemption gifts, vouchers and/or Carpark$ awarded by ION Orchard to the Member based on the ION⁺ Points that were cancelled, deleted and/or otherwise deducted, and the Member agrees to return to ION Orchard all such redemption gifts, vouchers and/or Carpark$ or the value of the same and in a form acceptable to ION Orchard, as soon as possible, upon receiving written notification from ION Orchard.
5.18 ION Orchard may withhold crediting ION⁺ Points to the Member until it has verified to its satisfaction that there has been no breach of any of these Terms and Conditions by such Member.
5.19 ION⁺ Points and Carpark$ are not transferable to another member and not exchangeable for cash.
6 EXPIRY OF ION⁺ POINTS AND CARPARK $
6.1 The earning of ION⁺ Points and Carpark$ is based on a half yearly fixed cycle, and it will be valid for a minimum period of one year. The table below illustrates the points earned cycle and expiry date, applicable to all membership tiers:

6.2 The validity period of Carpark$ converted from ION⁺ Points will follow the same expiry date as the ION⁺ Points.
6.3 The validity period for ION⁺ Points and Carpark$ will not be extended beyond the expiry date. Expired ION⁺ Points and Carpark$ will not be reinstated. ION Orchard’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
7 USE OF ION⁺ POINTS FOR VOUCHER REDEMPTION
7.1 ION⁺ Points can be used to redeem eCapitaVoucher. Refer to the points conversion table below on redemption of eCapitaVouchers from ION⁺ Points.

7.3 ION Orchard may at its sole and absolute discretion and from time to time amend the number of ION⁺ Points required for the redemption of eCapitaVouchers and the maximum eCapitaVouchers redemption amount without prior notice.
7.4 eCapitaVouchers are not exchangeable for cash, ION⁺ Points, Carpark$ and/or any other redemption items. Any request for a refund and/or reinstatement of eCapitaVouchers will not be entertained.
7.5 Members can redeem ION⁺ Points to eCapitaVouchers via the ION Orchard mobile app by tapping on the “Wallet” icon at the bottom tab bar of the ION Orchard mobile app. Members are required to “Link with CapitaStar” to proceed with the redemption.
7.6 The Member agrees and acknowledges that ION Orchard may prescribe such security and verification measures which it may consider appropriate as a condition of the redemption of any voucher by the Member, and the Member hereby agrees to comply with all such measures. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such measures may include for any redemption involving vouchers exceeding certain amounts, the Member being required to provide acceptable proof of identification, and comply with our verification and record-keeping procedures.
7.7 Any dispute arising from or relating to the goods and services received from the use of any shopping voucher shall be strictly between the Member and the supplier of such goods and services. ION Orchard shall not be liable for any claims arising from or in connection with the use of shopping vouchers.
8 USE OF CARPARK $ FOR CARPARK BENEFIT
8.1 Carpark$ can be used to redeem parking benefits at the ION Orchard car park.
8.2 ION⁺ Points must be converted to Carpark$ to enjoy the carpark benefits. Carpark$ cannot be converted back to ION⁺ Points.
8.3 ION⁺ Points can be converted into Carpark$ via the “Wallet” icon at the bottom tab bar of the ION Orchard mobile app. Tap on the “Wallet” and “Carpark$” icons followed by the “Top-Up” icon and enter your desired ION⁺ Points to convert to Carpark$. A notification will be sent once the conversion is successful.
8.4 To enjoy the parking benefits, Members must ensure the pointers below are effective at least 30 minutes prior to proceeding to the Carpark. Members may approach any Concierge counters should they require assistance on the following:
8.4.1 Carpark$ should be converted in advance and Members must ensure that there is sufficient Carpark$ in the ION Orchard mobile app “Wallet”.
8.4.2 The “Vehicle IU” in the ION Orchard mobile app must be activated.
8.5 There will be no compensation of car park charges incurred if conversion of Carpark$ and or activation of “Vehicle IU” is not effective at least 30 minutes prior to proceeding to the Carpark.
8.6 The table below illustrates the ION⁺ Points conversion to Carpark$ for ION⁺ Rewards Members and IONPRIVI Members:

8.7 The Member’s available Carpark$ will be automatically deducted for the vehicle bearing the registered active In-Vehicle Unit (“IU”) number as submitted by the Member to ION Orchard (“Vehicle”) and will be used to pay the applicable parking charges or any part thereof (as the case may be) upon the Vehicle exiting the carpark gantry of ION Orchard. If there are insufficient Carpark$ for full payment of the applicable parking charges, the balance parking charges will be deducted from the cashcard in the registered IU.
8.8 In the event that ION Orchard’s carpark redemption system is out of service, the Member’s Carpark$ will not be deducted and any applicable parking charges will be deducted in full from the cashcard in the registered IU.
8.9 Any balance Carpark$ can be accumulated and deducted during subsequent visits.
8.10 IONPRIVI ELITE Members and The 100 Members enjoy 6-hour complimentary parking per visit, subjected to the conditions below:
8.10.1 Each Member is entitled to register and activate a maximum of 3 IU numbers at any one point in time.
8.10.2 If the 6-hour complimentary parking per visit has exceeded, the balance parking charges will be deducted from the cashcard in the registered IU
8.10.3 Should there be more than one (1) car at any one time, only the first car to exit the carpark will enjoy this 6-hour complimentary. The parking charges for any cars that exited subsequently will be deducted from the cashcard in the registered IU.
8.11 IONPRIVI, ION⁺ Rewards and Tourist members are entitled to register a maximum of 3 IU numbers but may only activate 1 IU number at any one point in time. Activation of IU number must be done via the ION Orchard mobile app per paragraph 8.4.
8.12 ION Orchard will not be liable if the IU number of the Vehicle exiting from the carpark was not activated at the point of exit and will not entertain any requests for a refund of the applicable parking charges.
8.13 Sharing of IU numbers between Members is not permitted.
8.14 This carpark benefit scheme is open to vehicles registered in Singapore with a valid IU number only.
9. 2x ION⁺ Points In Member’s Birthday Month
9.1 All Members including Tourist earn 2X ION⁺ Points on their first successful same-day submission of receipt(s) of Qualifying Purchases in their birthday month, subject to a total minimum block of $100 spend and a minimum amount of $20 per receipt.
10COMPLIMENTARY WIFI ACCESS
10.1 ION⁺ Rewards Members enjoy 4-hour complimentary wifi access at ION Orchard daily.
10.2 IONPRIVI, IONPRIVI ELITE and The 100 Members enjoy unlimited complimentary wifi access at ION Orchard daily.
10.3 Tourists can enjoy 2-hour complimentary wifi access at ION Orchard daily.
10.4 The use of complimentary wifi is governed by the Wifi Terms and Conditions (published over wifi) which the Member must agree to prior to using the wifi.
11 PERSONAL DATA
11.1By interacting with ION Orchard, signing up for any products and services offered by ION Orchard, or submitting any personal data (such as your name, date of birth, email address, telephone numbers, business or residential address, partial NRIC or passport numbers) to ION Orchard, including without limitation through the ION⁺ Rewards Programme form, via the ION Orchard application and/or website, or physically at the ION Orchard premises, the Member hereby consents to ION Orchard, as well as ION Orchard collecting, using and disclosing the Member’s personal data for the following purposes and any and all ancillary purposes related thereto:
a. maintaining and operating the Member’s account;
b. establishing and verifying the Member’s identity;
c.communicating with the Member; and/or
d. disclosing the Member’s personal data (where necessary) to:
i. third party entities whose products and/or services are offered on ION Orchard’s application and/or website in order for such entities to attend to any queries or matters in relation to such products and/or services;
ii. ION Orchard’s related corporations and affiliates, CapitaLand and Sun Hung Kai Properties, ION Orchard’s agents, ION Orchard’s tenants, ION Orchard’s business partners and ION Orchard’s service providers, as well as CapitaLand Limited and CapitaLand Limited’s related corporations and affiliates for use by each of the aforesaid in research and analytics for the purpose of developing and enhancing its products, services, quality and strategies; and
iii. ION Orchard’s financial service providers (whether located within or outside of Singapore) such as ION Orchard’s payment gateway providers, credit card companies and banks who are involved in the payment process, who may use, process and store such data to facilitate payments that ION Orchard now or subsequently make for orders placed. In order to process the Member’s instructions, it may be necessary to transmit the Member’s payment details overseas, and the Member agrees and acknowledges to the transfer of the personal data in connection therewith, and that such transfer is at the Member’s request.
11.2 The Member represents and warrants to ION Orchard that the personal data and other information provided (including without limitation credit card details) is correct, true, accurate and up-to-date. If any personal data and/or information provided by the Member is incorrect, inaccurate, untrue and/or not up-to-date, ION Orchard may reject and/or cancel the Member’s application and/or membership, and may suspend and/or terminate the provision of part or all of the services hereunder.
11.3 The Member represents, warrants and undertakes that the Member may submit to ION Orchard, or to a third-party entity whose products and/or services are made available or offered on ION Orchard’s application and/or website, the personal data of any other person on behalf of such other person only:
a. if and to the extent that such other person has expressly consented to providing his/her personal data for the applicable purposes, and/or
b. in connection with an order.
11.4 Further, if the Member consents to receiving promotional emails, the Member allows the Group to:
a. send to the Member marketing communications (such as ION Orchard’s newsletter) in relation to ION Orchard’s sales, products, services, promotions or the ION Orchard’s application and/or ION Orchard’s websites; and
b. send to the Member marketing communications in relation to the sales, products, services or promotions of third-party entities whose products and/or services are offered on ION Orchard’s application and/or ION Orchard’s website.
11.5 In addition, by signing up for the ION⁺ Rewards Programme, the Member would also have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Orchard Turn Development’s Data Protection Policy and Orchard Turn Development’s Cookie Policy, available at https://www.ionorchard.com/data-protection-policy, and hereby consents to the collection, use and/or disclosure of the Member’s personal data for the purposes set out in the aforesaid policies.
11.6 The Member may withdraw the Member’s consent given to ION Orchard for the collection, use and/or disclosure of the Member’s personal data for any or all purposes set out herein by contacting us at the following email address: Customercare@ionorchard.com.sg. However, if the Member does so and depending on the nature of the Member’s request, ION Orchard may not be in a position to continue to provide our services to the Member under the ION⁺ Rewards Programme.
12 INDEMNITY
12.1 ION Orchard shall not be liable in any way:
a. For any malfunction, defect or error in any terminal or other data processing equipment, software, app or system used to process the Programme transactions whether belonging to or operated by ION Orchard, retailers at ION Orchard or any other persons;
b. For any delay or failure in processing the Programme transactions by reason of any electronic, mechanical system, data processing or telecommunication defects or failures, act of God, civil disturbances or any event outside the control of ION Orchard or its officers, employees, servants, agents or contractors;
c. For any damage to or loss of or inability to retrieve any data or information that may be stored in the Programme membership account, or corruption of any such data or information, howsoever caused;
d. For any fraud in relation to the Programme perpetrated on ION Orchard or any of ION Orchard’s employees, servants, agents or contractors;
e. For any loss, damage, costs and expenses in respect of or arising out of the Member’s failure to update his Personal Data or information; and
f. For the administration and management of the Programme and membership by ION Orchard including but not limited to incorrect or inaccurate accrual of ION⁺ Points or redemption of any benefits and privileges.
12.2 The Member shall fully indemnify and keep ION Orchard indemnified against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) incurred or sustained by ION Orchard directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with the Programme and these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation:
a. Any use or misuse of the Programme membership and privileges; and
b. Any breach of any of these Terms and Conditions on the part of the Member.
13 MISCELLANEOUS
13.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions
a. “ION Orchard” shall include Orchard Turn Retail Investment Pte Ltd, Orchard Turn Developments Pte Ltd and/or ION Orchard, as the case may be; and
b. “Programme” shall include IONPRIVI, IONPRIVI ELITE and The 100 memberships which are by invitation only, and “Member” shall include Tourist, ION⁺ Rewards, IONPRIVI, IONPRIVI ELITE and The 100 members.
13.2 $ refers to the lawful currency of Singapore.
13.3 ION Orchard’s decisions on all matters relating to or in connection with the use of the Programme, including but not limited to the privileges and redemption of benefits, shall be final and binding on the Member and no correspondence shall be entertained.
13.4 A person who is not a Member or a party to these Terms and Conditions has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Thirds Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of the terms and conditions herein.
