Wheelchair and Stroller Loans

Here’s one more reason to be an ION⁺ Rewards member – wheelchairs and baby strollers are available exclusively for members at our B1 and L4 Concierge Counters, subject to availability.

Loaned equipment must be returned by 9.30pm daily.

Wifi

All shoppers can enjoy 30 minutes of complimentary wifi browsing at our mall; just connect to “ION Orchard Wifi” and you’re all set!

Mobile Charging Stations

Complimentary mobile charging stations are available on B1, L1, L3 and L4.

Lost & Found

For assistance with lost and found items, please visit any of our Concierge Counters.

Nursing room

Nursing mothers have access to total of 4 nursing rooms, located at B4, B3, L3 and L4. Each nursing room’s design is unique and spacious enough to accommodate multiple strollers.

Locker

Shop hands-free by storing your items in our lockers at L6 for a non-refundable $1 each time. An administrative fee of $30 will apply for overnight storage or loss of locker key.

All charges are inclusive of prevailing GST. The Management accepts no responsibility for theft, damage and other misdemeanour however caused to vehicles, equipment or contents while in the premises. Vehicles are parked entirely at owner’s risk. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry of vehicle. Vehicles will be immobilized for unauthorized parking.
